Zbornik radova Vizantološkog instituta (ZRVI) is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal open to original research articles from all fields of Byzantine Studies: history, art, philology, law, theology, philosophy, music, archaeology, epigraphy, sigillography, numismatics and other relevant disciplines.
We welcome contributions in Serbian, English, German, Russian, French, Italian, Greek, and Bulgarian. All articles must be accompanied by an English abstract and English keywords.

The manuscripts submitted to ZRVI are subject
to double-blind peer review. Texts containing no indication of authorship will
be refereed anonymously by at least two referees. The Editorial Staff will
inform the authors whether the manuscript has been accepted for publication within
120 days from the date of the manuscript submission. For more information
please see Publication Ethics.
ZRVI has one issue per year. Manuscripts
submitted before June 1st are eligible to be considered for publication in the
current year. Manuscripts submitted after that date will be considered for
publication in the following year.
Immediate open access is provided to ZRVI’s
full content.
Authors
retain the copyright of the published article under the Creative Commons
Attribution 4.0 International (CC-BY) license. We only require acknowledgment
of the original publication in ZRVI.
Full bibliographic information (authors, article title, journal title,
volume, issue, pages) about the original publication must be provided and a
link must be made to the article's DOI.
